SDGs in Practice
Phihong Technologies will identify the 17 SDGs proposed by the United Nations and list 14 SDGs and sustainability indicators related to the major issues of Phihong Technologies for this year. By doing so, we will demonstrate our commitment to the SDGs. The SDGs strategy will be integrated into the company’s actual business processes and relevant sub-targets will be set, and even regularly tracked by the Sustainability Engagement Team.
In the future, we will actively align our sustainability strategy with international standards, act as a social citizen, consider social responsibility as an important part of our operations, and strike a balance between the economy, the environment, and society, to make a significant impact and improvements to sustainability issues around the world.

- We promote a healthy workplace culture and create a healthy and safe workplace for our employees.
- In accordance with the labor health protection rules, we allocate fulltime nurses and arrange doctors to provide medical consultation and health promotion activities for employees in our factories.

- The Taiwan plant has implemented a rainwater harvesting system, and Phihong Dongguan has constructed a rainwater and sewage separation project to improve water use efficiency.

- Chino-Navar and Phihong Dongguan have installed solar power systems to use self-generated renewable energy.
- Replaced high-energy-consuming equipment to achieve energy savings, while implementing various power-saving measures in plant and office areas.
- Equal pay for work of equal value regardless of gender; prohibition of child labor; and occupational safety and health policy.
- We follow the RBA Code of Responsible Business Conduct, banning child labor and ensuring no discrimination for equal pay. We've established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee and implemented ISO 45001.
- Commit to R&D of high-power charging products to enhance charging speed and reduce time. Aim for excellence in smart life, medical electronics, e-sports, 5G, and industrial control.
- Expand fast charging stations to support EV owners, alleviating travel distance concerns and saving charging time.

- The Labor-management meeting is held quarterly to discuss the welfare and rights of the labor force. Through reports or proposals to communicate fully.
